Current product path: how discussion becomes knowledge
This page is not about the full end state of Alcheme. It is about one key product path that already exists in the current code: discussion inside a circle can move into draft collaboration, crystallize into knowledge, and remain available for return, citation, and traceability.
The clearest product loop that exists today
Inside Crucible, drafts already support working copies, comment threads, issue flows, ghost drafts, and pre-crystallization editing.
After crystallization, Sanctuary and /knowledge/:id already carry reading, citation, version history, and discussion readback for crystal / knowledge.
The Summary page then reorganizes that round into a new point of entry for return and the next round of work.
Why the site should start with this path
Because this is not concept art
The current codebase already contains real product surfaces: circle detail, Plaza / Crucible / Sanctuary tabs, a /knowledge/:id detail page, and a /circles/:id/summary page.
Because the key chain already exists
Discussion, draft collaboration, crystallization, knowledge detail, citation, version diff, contribution views, and summary are not empty words in this repository.
Because it still keeps the boundary honest
This page should not pretend everything is done. Contribution weight MVP, full provenance replay, and strict on-chain gating are still incomplete, so the page should prove only the smallest real loop.
If someone watches only one demo path, it should be this one: discussion -> draft -> crystallization -> knowledge -> summary.
